AI automation: where we start in a real company
The question we get is not "what can AI do?" but "what can it do in my company today without breaking things?".
The first process we automate is always boring
Invoices typed by hand, emails sorted one by one, delivery notes copied into Excel, quotes re-keyed into the ERP. Repetitive work, clear rules, high volume.
That is where the return is measurable in weeks and where an error is not serious because a human reviews it.
What we ask for before starting
We need to see the process as it actually is, not as the manual describes it.
- Real monthly volume
- Examples of normal and unusual cases
- Who validates the result and against what criteria
- Which systems must be touched (ERP, email, folders, CRM)
How error is controlled
None of our automations decides alone about money or people. The model proposes, a human approves, the system logs both.
We also set a confidence threshold: below it, the case goes to manual review. Accuracy is measured month by month like any other KPI.
Where AI ends and integration begins
Much of what companies call AI is really integration between systems that do not talk to each other. Custom development solves that more cheaply and far more reliably.
We use models when text, images or free language must be interpreted. For everything else, code.
